The faculty member in the Computer Engineering Department and the (Associate Dean for Admissions and Registration at Kuwait University) has announced that two students from the Computer Engineering Department were qualified for the finals in the IEEE Region 8 competition. Engineer Eman Al-Quraishi and student Reem Al-Tainan have been nominated to participate in the competition area for the best research students, undergraduate and graduate levels and they have accessed the

finals in the paper education “Average Power Reduction In Compression Based Scan Designs”.

    It has been a considerable number of scientific papers (31 papers), compared with the competition over the past 11 years.
